Store Manager 

Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and service orientated Store Manager to join our team! The Store Manager role is a fast paced opportunity that requires an energetic, team centered, multi-tasker to deliver the best customer service experience to our customers and drive our team’s goals and engagement. Our customer-first approach will be at the center of everything you do through engaging and getting to know our customers and their needs. 
Schedule Requirements: 
  • Full-time
  • Tuesday through Saturday 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM 
  • Must be available to work on major US holidays 
Experience Requirements: 
  • 2+ years of hospitality management experience 
  • Minimum 3 years of customer facing experience. Retail and/or hospitality experience preferred. 
Daily Responsibilities:
  • Customer experience coordinator
  • Inventory management
  • Merchandising and display
  • Website management
  • Coordinate with marketing manager for promotions and events
  • Employee ambassador
  • Sales & Implementation of sales plan
Detailed responsibilities:
  • Customer Experience;
    • Ensure the customer experience is top notch, discover and implement ways to improve both in store and online.
    • Safety, cleanliness, enjoyment, efficiency
    • Familiarize yourself with VIP customers
  • Inventory Management;
    • POS management, oversight of all purchase orders, receiving vouchers, tagging.  Ensuring any mistakes are resolved quickly.
    • Communicating with owner/buyer regularly about inventory opportunities and issues.
    • Markdowns
    • Re-stocking and visual merchandising
    • Monthly spreadsheet shrinkage
  • Sales and Implementation
    • Know monthly sales plan and communicate to team
    • Weekly sales & sell through review
    • Thorough understanding of merchandise categories and their performance to sales plan, and encourage team to focus on categories as needed.
  • Merchandising and Display
    • Front window and all in store display areas
    • Visual merchandising the store
  • Coordinate with Sales/Marketing Manager
    • Plan a weekly meeting either in person or via zoom, Mondays
    • Know the week ahead and plan accordingly.  New Arrivals and events
    • Plan events and assist in marketing them
    • Become fluent in social media and email marketing.
  • Employee Ambassador
    • Improve employee experience. 
    • Plan fun events and appreciation procedures 
    • Assist in employees reviews 
Physical Requirements: 
  • Requires standing for an extended period of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds independently
  • Must be able to wear a face mask for the entirety of their shift and maintain safe social distancing practices

Job Description:
We are looking for an outgoing and energetic Seasonal Giftwrap Associate to join us this holiday season! The Seasonal Giftwrap Associate is a fast paced position that requires an independent, multi-tasking individual to be in the heart of the store! 
Schedule Requirements:
  • Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM
  • Tentative start date: 11/27 
  • Tentative End Date: 12/24
