Why was my order cancelled/backordered?
Occasionally items may be out of stock. We will inform you within 48 hours of purchase. In some circumstances, we can re-order the item and send it to you within a few weeks. If you choose this option, then we will notify you within a few days if we can get this item in. We will do our best to fill your original order.
Can I use my in-store gift card online?
In-Store issued gift cards will need a further activation to work on our website. Please email us to add this option. Online issued gift cards will work both in-store and online.

If you are unsatisfied with your new purchase, you can exchange or return your item within 14 days of receiving the item for Store Credit Only. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Exchange or store credit will be issued provided merchandise is in its original condition. Items must be damage-free, smoke-free, and with original tags intact. Please note that all jewelry and sale items are final sale. Footwear must be in its original box in its original condition. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately.
