Ordering

Shipping Information

Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of online purchase. You will receive an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow 5-7 business days for your package to arrive after shipping.

 

Free ground shipping on all orders over $50.00 within the United States.

 

International shipping is calculated at checkout.  International postage returns paid for by customer. Customs fees are paid by the customer.  Any questions for international customers please email orders@shopatmuse.com.

 

Need an item sooner?

Our shipping options include paid postage upgrades at checkout. Keep in mind our orders are processed only during store hours.

Want your item gift wrapped?

Add a note in the cart prior to checkout and ask for free gift wrapping!

 

Why was my order cancelled/backordered?

Occasionally items may be out of stock. We will inform you within 48 hours of purchase. In some circumstances, we can re-order the item and send it to you within a few weeks. If you choose this option, then we will notify you within a few days if we can get this item in. We will do our best to fill your original order.

 

Can I use my in-store gift card online?

In-store issued gift cards will need a further activation to work on our website.  Please email us a photo of your gift card and details at orders@shopatmuse.com to add this option.  Online issued gift cards will work both in-store and online.

 

Returns/ Exchanges

All jewelry, swim, lingerie and clearance items are final sale.

If you are unsatisfied with your new purchase, you can exchange or return your item within 14 days of receiving the item for store credit only. Domestic customers have 14 days once the item has been received to request a complimentary return shipping label. Exchange or store credit will be issued provided merchandise is in its original condition. Items must be damage-free, smoke-free, and with original tags intact. Footwear must be in its original box in its original condition. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. You will receive an email within 48hrs with information on how to return the items. International customers are responsible for return postage.
